Vintage Designer Rhinestone Purse From Walborg

Radiant Rhinestone Art Deco Evening Handbag

Wow, what a lovely and exciting rhinestone evening handbag by the esteemed designer, Walborg, well known for their rhinestone bags. It is covered in clear prong set rhinestones that are classy and alive, in both day or evening lighting. This purse is especially dynamic with it's larger baguette stones on the front side, forming an Art Deco design that will surely catch every eye and make your glamorous evening out extra special.

This purse is very well constructed, all stones are tightly attached, no stones missing that I have found. Each illuminating rhinestone is in good condition, with only a few scattered about the purse that are starting to age, primarily on the backside but in normal lighting, this is hard to notice. In natural daylight, this purse is blinding. I took these photos without flash, the drapes drawn closed and very little light, you can see how marvelous this purse looks in dull lighting. In the evening lights, it is a sparkler, the truth is my photos don't do this purse justice.

The bright gold tone frame has a brushed finish and is in excellent condition, as is the entire purse. The pull back to open clasp sports a chunky bezel set rhinestone and tops the frame off with style and pizzazz. The interior has a clean yellowy satin lining with labeled pocket and is accessorized with the original coin purse and a Walborg mirror that is still in it's original paper wrap. The purse is tightly stitched to the frame at all points and the closure and hinges work as they should. Stuffed with tissue, this desirable designer rhinestone purse measures 5½ in total height by 6½ across the bottom, the sides span about an inch and the slinky chain handle drops over 6 inches. This purse is about average size for a rhinestone bag and will carry only your bare necessities. This handbag is clean and in hardly used condition, actually it looks unsed, beautiful vintage condition.  If you are looking for one of these Walborg rhinestone treasures, please consider this one, it is a well made purse in extra nice condition.
