 This flapper era peacock beaded reticule will draw lots of eyes your way with it's shimmering personality and colorful display of intricate beadwork. I'm showing you lots of photos so you can judge this beauty for yourself but they barely begin to express the true glitter of this handbag. |

The mid section of the purse is fully beaded with a colorful peacock amid blooming florals and measures 6 & 3/4 inches wide by 3 & 1/2 in length. Cascading down from there is a triangular shaped design of beaded lattice comprised of black and pink beads. The lattice hangs 2 & 1/2 inches to the tip and from there driPS a generous 1 & 1/4 inch row of looped fringe with colors of pink, deeper pink, black, green and pumpkin orange. Since both sides of the purse are identical, the lattice and fringe cascade down each side, giving a fabulous dual facade.
The jet black satin top measures 5 inches, it is dressed with celluloid looPS and the original draw rope for the closure. The pink silk lining was in complete shreds and will be replaced with quality vintage silk using the color of your choice, pink or black is recommended. Overall, this draw string purse measures over 12 inches in length by 6 & 3/4 at it's widest. If you've been wanting a peacock purse, please consider this sparkling example, I wish you could see it in person, it is so much more prettier than would photograph.
