Ordering, Shipping, Returns You can order by emailing Carol@pursestreet.com or calling me at 413-592-4489. Please have the Item number and a brief description on hand. Payments by check or money order must be in US dollars, payable through a US bank. If your check is returned for insufficient funds, I expect you to pay all and any associated fees. I accept credit card payments, however "only" through www.paypal.com, an online payment service that is safe and secure. Our Massachusetts 5% sales tax will apply to purchases shipped to or within the state of MA. Postal money orders and paypal payments allow for quick shipping, usually within 48 hours. All other forms of payment are held for a clearing time determined by my bank, sometimes up to two weeks. If you are in a hurry to receive your purchase, please choose the appropriate payment option. When payments are received or posted to my paypal account, I will email and confirm that with you. I ship primarily through the US Postal Service during weekdays. Receipts and customs forms will be accurate and truthful. Our New England weather can be severe at times and could delay your shipment for a day or two during extreme conditions. Your purchase will be insured and wrapped with loving care. If you decline insurance, you must make your payment by check or money order and accept all the risk and responsibility. I will email and let you know when your purchase is on it's way. In most cases, you should expect to sign for it at delivery. I have never had a purse lost or damaged in shipping but if it happens, only you can submit the claim. Don't mail a damaged purse back to me, bring it to the post office with all the wrapping and fill out a claims form. I will do whatever is required from me to expedite the payment. You may return your purchase if you send it back within 3 days of accepting it. Tell me that you are making a return and insure it to protect your investment. If you do not inform me of the return, nor insure it, I will not accept the parcel when it arrives. Refunds will be less any costs to me, such as, shipping and/or paypal fees, either partial or otherwise. When you return the exact purse, in the same condition it was sent, I will send a check or make a paypal refund, per your request. Thank You!
